Best Baker in America Contestant, Season 3, 2019. A Food Network TV competition with the top bakers of the country. Pastry Chef Marian graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. The American Culinary Federation awarded her their Silver Medal in 2008 and their Bronze Medal in 2004. She has worked in the kitchens of the competitive resorts and hotels of the East Coast as well independent five-star fine dining establishments and specialized gourmet restaurants, including the famous Millenium Restaurant in California. She loves the artistry of being a chef, and her years of experience complement her creativity. Through her own Parcha Sweets, her talent has invaded Indianapolis. In only a few short weeks, her bakery has become the place to go for gourmet cupcakes and pastries. You can find her recipes featured in Indianapolis House and Home and her treats in shops all over the city. Chef Marian excels at creating recipes that satisfy any dietary restrictions without sacrificing flavor or texture. Most importantly, her kitchen is filled with energy, laughter, and “la passion” of a true artist, qualities that extend to every single item that comes out of the oven.
