Preparing for your consultation and tasting!

In order to do it right, we need to know some key facts: date and time, indoors or outdoors, type of display, number of guest, where the cake will be display, location of venue. Feel free to send us pictures, drawings, and your imagination.

We are currently offering an exclusive and personalize consultation via phone call and tasting samples of assorted cakes or/and desserts flavor packaged to enjoy in your home. Contact us after the tasting and share your experience, we will love to hear from you.

We do require a 50% non-refundable deposit when booking a wedding cake, this reserve's our services for your date  of your cake order. If payment of final balance has not been received by the payment deadline, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement.

Base in Miami we can deliver to all of South Florida. We charge $25.00 + $1.5 per mile round trip. This include gas, labor of the driver, Chef, & set-up.

We are not responsable for any damage to the cake after setup is complete. You are responsable for providing  an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake.

If you are having a small wedding at the beach and your dream flavor is white chocolate mousse with fresh raspberries, the real cake will probably suffer. With the dummy cake you can have a big cake with a small guest list. You can order the sheet cakes in more than one flavor and alternate with your guest. But this will never work with a naked cake.

If Chef Marian is not cutting the cake, we are not responsible for a shortage of cake if the pieces are cut too large or they are not precise and eye appealing.

If there is more cake leftover, offer slices for your guest to take home as an extra treat. If it hasn't yet been sliced, wrap it up and bring it to brunch the next day as a surprise dessert for those guest who are in town.
